Welcome to The Crafty Beeress; a blog born out of one woman’s love of beer.

This blog started as a diary to document beers (I have a terrible memory so writing it down is essential), but it’s grown to encompass news, reviews, events, opinion pieces and more (with the occasional Bee Gees reference thrown in). The aim of the blog is to talk about beer in an accessible way; I don’t pretend to be an expert and, while I love to learn about the science of beer, I have no interest in being a brewer.

I do accept products for review, I do go along to events and sometimes I even do a bit of work with people/companies/breweries. When this happens I’m very honest and open about it – in other words, I’ll always mention it in the post – that’s a CB guarantee.
